Characteristics of aerosol:
(1) Measurement of changes over time such as moisture content of earosol
(2) Infectivity measurement for state changes of earosol
Projects related to demonstration and introduction of key technologies for the post-corona era
Overview
In previous research, we have developed a system to measure the total number of droplets generated from humans and to measure the spread of exhaled breath and droplets. Particularly, in mutant variants, we have observed infection cases due to coronaviruses contained in droplets of several microns in size, which are called earosol. In order to realize a safe and secure space, visualization and characteristic measurement of these aerosol are desirable.
In this proposal, we further develop the research results of the previous year to conduct the following research. These results not only contribute to the creation of safe and secure spaces, but also contribute largely to the simulation of all environments.
(1) Measure changes over time such as moisture content of aerosol and diffusion characteristics
(2) Measure infectivity for state changes of aerosol

Experimental Environment
■The measurement was carried out in the normal conference room in which the air conditioner was installed in the ceiling.
■The diffusion of aerosol was visualized when words were spoken with a tracer placed in the mouth.
